Refund policy

Each product ordered is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! With this in mind, unfortunately due to the nature of a product created specifically for your order, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement if you change your mind. If you receive an item and you feel it has a major problem, please notify us immediately and we will arrange a refund or exchange. This is when the item either (a) has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it (b) is unsafe (c) is significantly different from the sample or description (d) doesn't do what we said it would and can't be easily fixed. Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, please again contact us and we can discuss the possibilities.
